How long will it take to have an offer on my property?

We can issue a verbal and formal written offer within 24 hours of meeting you at the property. 


Is there a cooling off period?

Yes, we give you two weeks from the formal written offer to consider it. If our offer doesn’t meet your expectations or requirements, you can turn it down.

No. We pay all the fees associated with the legal conveyancing process. There will be some costs that your solicitor will require you to pay, such as bank transfer fees (disbursements) etc.


So,  your purchase service is free?

Yes, our service is free and there are no fees or commissions to pay.


Do you buy all kinds of properties?

Yes. We buy all properties, small and large, including flats, bungalows, terraced, semi-detached and detached houses, as well as former local authority homes.


Do you buy properties in any condition?

Yes, we specialise in buying properties that require refurbishment and renovation. We are happy to take on these properties and renovate them.


Do I use my own solicitor for the property sale?

Yes. You agree their costs for working with you. We can also recommend solicitors to handle your property sale.


I already have my property on the market with an estate agent. Can I still sell to you?

Yes. You can sell your home to us but you will need to contact your estate agent, or check the terms and conditions, to see if there are any fees associated with withdrawing from their property sale services.


Why are you different from other companies? 

We will not make you an offer for the sale over the phone, but come to the property to talk to you. We know the market well and we are experienced in valuations.

Other companies might try to impress you with a suggested price over the phone to get you to do business with them. But then they often lower the price once they see your property. We are up front about a realistic price for sale and we only make an offer once we have seen the property.  Our offer will then remain the same, verbally and in writing – and we always honour this price.
